Villages of Ibiza<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

San Jose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Located to\nthe south of the island, it is the largest municipality in Ibiza. San Jos\u00e9 has\n80 km of coastline and coves such as Ses Salines, Cala Jondal or Cala Carb\u00f3\namong others. The municipality also has two protected natural areas such as the\nSes Salines Natural Park and the Reserva Natural d’es Vedr\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

San Jose\noffers a heritage such as the defense tower of Cala d’Hort or the\narchaeological site of Sa Caleta which is a World Heritage Site and was founded\nby the Phoenicians in the seventh century BC. It also has the highest mountain\non the island. Sa Talaia, located in the centre of the municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saint Agnes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although\nits official name is Santa Agn\u00e8s de Corona, it is better known as Santa In\u00e9s. A\nvillage in Ibiza with a rural landscape in which its urban nucleus is built\naround a white church with typical Ibizan architecture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santa In\u00e9s\nhas a field of almond trees that we recommend you visit during the flowering\nseason, as it creates a white mantle of flowers that merge with the village and\nleave a visual stamp that will fascinate you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s Cubells<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the\nmost beautiful villages in Ibiza is Es Cubells. Even with its small size has a\ncouple of houses and a white church that evokes the typical Mediterranean\nvillage with the best view of the island, as it is located just on the edge of\na beautiful cliff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es Cubells\nis a village where tranquillity lasts all year round, even when the capital of\nIbiza is full of visitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can\nhave lunch or dinner in its only two restaurants. The restaurant “Es\nCubells” and the bar “Llumbi”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to get around Ibiza<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ibiza has\nan area of 572 km in which you can travel without problem the vast majority of\nthem. The island is not very big, that will allow you to visit every corner in\na little more than a week. But we know that nobody who comes to Ibiza stays\nalone for a week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why\nit’s better to rent a vehicle that allows you to travel to the best coves and\ntowns of Ibiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
